One of our members had a good experience with their first purchase of a car from this company. However, the company never provided the auction sheet which we don't like.Recently another one of our member's has had a huge issue and complaint with this company. He purchased 3 vehicles from this company and found each vehicle had significant problems he was never informed of. To make things worse he was promised the cars would be cleaned to meet Canadian standards and they were not and the customer lost thousands of dollars because of this. In addition all cars are in very poor mechanical condition and this company has not offered any compensation except to offer a discount on future purchases.
We should also mention many people have found our site by searching for "Japan Partner Complaint" and "Japan Partner Dean Cadre" etc..
